How do I buy a card?
Open any card, choose a listing, and click Buy. You’ll need an account, a saved payment method, and a shipping address. Your payment is held safely until you confirm the card arrived.
When does the seller get paid?
Funds are held in escrow until you confirm delivery, or automatically released 14 days after the seller marks the order as shipped with tracking.
How much is shipping?
Same country: €1.85 (orders under €25) or €4.50 (€25+). Within the EU: €15. International: €25. The exact cost is shown at checkout before you pay.
How do I sell cards?
Complete seller verification in your account, then list cards from your collection. When a card sells, ship it within 3 business days and add the tracking number in your Sales dashboard.
What are the fees?
Buyers pay no marketplace fee. Sellers pay a 10% marketplace fee plus payment processing (2.9% + €0.25), deducted from the payout. See the Fees page for full details.
My card didn’t match the listing — what now?
Contact us within 14 days of delivery using the form below. We’ll review the dispute and may issue a refund from the escrowed funds if the claim is valid.
