Our marketplace provides a platform for users to buy, sell, and trade trading cards including but not limited to Pokémon, Magic: The Gathering, Yu-Gi-Oh!, and other collectible card games. We facilitate transactions between buyers and sellers but are not directly involved in the actual transaction between users.

5. Card Listings and Transactions

When listing cards for sale, you must:

• Provide accurate descriptions of card condition following standard grading guidelines
• Use clear, unedited photographs of the actual card being sold
• Honor the price and terms listed at the time of sale
• Ship items promptly and securely after receiving payment
• Communicate professionally with buyers regarding the transaction

6. Fees and Payments

We may charge fees for certain services. All applicable fees will be clearly displayed before you complete a transaction. Payment processing is handled through third-party payment processors, and you agree to their terms of service as well.

7. Intellectual Property

All trading card images, names, and trademarks are property of their respective owners. Users retain ownership of content they submit but grant us a license to display and use that content in connection with the Service.

8. Dispute Resolution

In case of disputes between users, we encourage direct communication first. We may offer mediation services but are not obligated to resolve disputes between users. We reserve the right to investigate and take appropriate action regarding violations of these terms.

9. Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not responsible for the accuracy of card listings, the quality of items sold, or the conduct of users. We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of the Service.

10. Account Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for violations of these Terms of Service, fraudulent activity, or any other reason we deem necessary to protect the integrity of the Service and its users.
